The renovation of this equestrian facility, originally founded in the in the 1970s, stemmed from the need to address several safety concerns on the existing site. In order to accomplish these goals, new master planning and phased approaches for renovating the existing structures were developed. The 12-1/2 acre facility consisted of eleven structures in various states of disrepair, including two indoor arenas, multiple stable buildings and barns that contained over 150 stalls, caretaker housing, assembly spaces, and offices.
After extensive renovation of the existing structures and the addition of some new buildings, the facility now provides support and boarding services for several equestrian disciplines - including hunter, jumper, equitation, dressage, and, during the summer season, even polo.
We continue to work closely with the owner to make improvements and additions to the facility.
